Logistics and Relocation

Data Center Logistics, Migration, and Relocation

Receiving, staging, transport, re-racking, and power-up sequenced so dependencies come online before the systems that rely on them.

Overview

A migration fails on sequencing more often than on transport. Gear arrives, but the switch that everything depends on is on the second truck, and the team spends the window waiting instead of cutting over.

We plan the move against your dependency order. Racks are surveyed and labeled before anything is unbolted, equipment is transported in a manner appropriate to its fragility and value, and the destination is brought up in the order your engineers specified, not in the order it happened to come off the pallet.
