Remote and Smart Hands
A trained technician in front of your rack, on your ticket
Scheduled work and break-fix response in facilities your team can't reach quickly—executed to your instructions and documented as we go.
Overview
Remote infrastructure fails in ways that need a person standing in front of it. A server that won't come back from a reboot, an optic that needs swapping, a console session that has to be opened locally. Sending your own engineer means a flight or a four-hour drive. We're already close.
We work from your ticket, not from assumptions. Before we touch anything adjacent to the device in scope, we confirm. After the work, you get photos of what we found and what we changed, attached back to the ticket.
